I shifted into a little polar bear and sniffed on Sophie lovingly.

I stopped my screeching and turned to Jason.
"Oh baby are you okay?"i asked, the sobs coming back.

I burried my face in my hands, not looking at anyone "I'm sorry, she usually doesn't act like that."

I kissed Edmund on the lis and shakily stood to comfort Hypnos.
I put a hand on his shoulder.
"Im really sorry for freaking out like that..i had no idea..can you forgive me?"i asked with puffy eyes.

"Lets start over..I'm Evie."i said holding out my hand.

I whipped her tears away.
I started singing the song that dad used to sing to her when she was little.

She calmed down and whipped her tears away.

I shifted into th kitten like i had before and mewed to Sophie, crawling on her lap.

I looked up and smiled, I took her hand an shook it lightly "Hypnos".
I sat down on the floor and sprawled out.

"Your welcome to join us..if you want."i said walking back to Edmund.
I pulled Edmund up and hugged him tighter than ever.

"Thantos looked over at me and thought,
'What the h word is that little maggot doing here!?' and it made me upset!"

I sighed, "mabey later, I need to take her back to her dorm. Not to mention give her a talk."
"So why is she acting like that?"
I sighed "she has been acting... different, ever since our parents were killed. We came home from school and found everything... quiet the Tv was on but we couldn't find my dad, we found out we were glad not to... he had been decapitated. We went up to my room, and started homework, we have always worked together. We heard my mom screaming, and then somthing hit the floor. We heard foot steps, and were frozen in fear. A guy with an ax came in, and it turned out he was trying to rob us. He aproached us and then I felt something... odd, and he fell to the ground and started snoreing. Thanatos went up to him and said she knew what to do, she kissed him on the cheek and he... died. So we had been put into foster care and, that's when I noticed the chages. She started to quit eating, and she cut all of her hair off, when it grew back she dyed her hair black. Later a woman named Adelle found us and "adopted" us. So here we are."

"Oh my God im .....so sorry."i said tears welling in my eyes.
I felt completely horrible for what i did. They had been through the worst thing possible and i just fought with them.

I listened to the story and felt a tear roll down my cheek.
"Our dad was killed too." I said looking into Sophie's watering eyes.
"I was fourteen, Sophie was only one. My dad went on a business trip and we hadnt seen him in three weeks. We were gonna surprise him in the hotel he was staying in." I wiped a tear from my cheek.
"We arrived at the hotel, it wasnt very big. it probably only had 100 rooms. We got into the elevator and rode to the second floor. We got to his room and the door was cracked open. I opened the door and saw him in a big black chair, with the back facing us. I ran in. i remember yelling 'Surprise!' and running up to the chair. i spun the chair around and found my dad with his throat slit and several stab wounds in the chest. We went back to the lobby to alert the manager but found him dead too. We ran out to the car and called the police. And still after two years, they havent found him."

"I miss daddy!" i sobbed hugging Taylor.

"Me too, Sophie." i said about to burst.

"No..its allright. I just feel like crap because i ran from home about 7 years ago. And both of you guys have had your parents taken from you...i just took mine for granted. Last time i saw my mom was about 3 years ago at a restaurant..i didnt say anything though..she looked pretty pleased."i said quietly.

"Sometimes i just wished they were dead. Then i stumbled upon this place when i was walking with my brother after school."i said smiling.
I went over to Edmund and sat on his lap.

I patted Evie's back "it's fine, she's always been... I don't know, what's the right word? Unstable. I've always been much more... optimistic, then she has been." I paused smiling slightly "Even when my parents were killed I found a way to look at the bright side, they wouldn't have to suffer, and they were in a better place." I said fighting the emotions that were not me.
I smiled and kissed Evie lightly.

I smiled at the touch of Edmunds lips and felt the tension in the area.
I looked to everyone and made them feel uber happy, myself as well.
A wide grin came across my face and many others.

I smiled and stood "be right back" I said lifting my sister's light body with ease.
I turned to Evie and kissed her "thanks for the perk."

I smiled as Taylor's suggestion got everyone in a good mood again.
I took her hand as she stood.
